About these terms

BidGreat is operated by BizClimb LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (“BidGreat,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service govern our marketplace at bidgreat.com and associated BidGreat tools. “Customer” means someone requesting or obtaining services; “provider” means a person or business offering services. Both are users. A “service agreement” is the separate arrangement between a customer and provider for a visit or work.

These Terms, the Provider Terms when you offer services, and the Review Rules when you submit reviews or replies form the marketplace agreement. The Privacy Notice describes how information is handled; acknowledging that notice is not consent to every possible use of personal information. Read the complete documents, including the limitations of liability, before agreeing. Contact [email protected] with questions.

This agreement takes effect for you when you affirmatively accept the identified version, on your own behalf and for any business you are authorized to represent. An unchecked box and an acceptance button are provided for that purpose. Merely receiving an invitation, appearing in an imported request, or having an existing account does not establish acceptance of a new version. If you decline, do not use marketplace features that require agreement. You may still read the public policies, sign out, and contact support about your information or existing arrangements.

Important points: BidGreat does not vet users, perform or guarantee work, or provide insurance. You choose whom to deal with. The customer and provider determine their service obligations. The liability provisions below limit certain claims against BidGreat where lawful. These terms do not impose binding arbitration or a class-action waiver, and do not take away rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

1. Your account and authority

You must be at least 18, have reached the age of legal majority where you live, and be able to enter into this agreement. If you act for a business or property owner, you must be authorized to do so. Provide accurate information, protect your email account and sign-in credentials, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Never share a sign-in link. One account may be used to request and provide services, but you may not bid on your own request or misrepresent another person's participation.

Do not sell or transfer an account or share sign-in credentials. You are responsible for authorized use of your account and taking reasonable steps to keep it secure; this does not remove rights or security responsibilities imposed by law.

Keep your business name, contact details and authority to act current. Do not use multiple accounts to bypass restrictions, review yourself, create artificial competition, or evade a suspension. We may request information reasonably needed to resolve an ownership or security concern without promising to verify every user.

Email-link access and an optional password are ways to authenticate the same account, not separate customer and provider identities. Control of an email address does not establish a person's legal identity or ownership of a property or business. Report suspected compromise promptly; stop using credentials you know are compromised. We may invalidate sessions or require renewed authentication to protect an account, subject to applicable law.

2. What BidGreat does

BidGreat helps customers describe jobs, receive and compare proposals, communicate with independent providers, and record their selection. Providers perform the work; BidGreat does not perform, supervise or insure it, and is not a party to the customer-provider service agreement. We do not promise a minimum number of bids, the lowest market price, a hire, income, or a particular outcome. This description does not remove responsibilities or consumer rights imposed by applicable law. Do not use BidGreat for emergencies.

Using BidGreat does not by itself create an employment, agency or partnership relationship between BidGreat and a provider. Applicable law determines the parties’ actual legal relationship. Providers cannot make promises on BidGreat’s behalf.

Providers decide which jobs to pursue, their prices, tools, methods, staffing, hours and lawful service terms. Customers decide whether to invite, visit with or hire a provider. BidGreat's interface, reminders and recorded job statuses facilitate communication; they do not place us in control of the work or certify that a service contract is complete. No user may bind BizClimb LLC to a promise, debt, warranty or representation without our express authority.

The marketplace is intended for lawful local services in the United States. Do not request or offer illegal work, services you lack authority to arrange, exploitation, or work prohibited by applicable licensing or safety rules. Availability of a category does not mean every activity within it is lawful for every provider. Emergency, medical or other safety-critical assistance should be obtained from appropriately qualified services through suitable channels.

3. Requests found outside BidGreat

Some opportunities originate from requests found outside our platform. A request marked unclaimed or buyer connection pending does not mean its author has joined BidGreat, authorized a provider to work, or accepted any proposal. Providers must treat those opportunities accordingly.

A needs-info request remains private until an authorized consumer completes and submits it. Claiming requires confirmation that the request is yours or that you may act for its owner. Email verification establishes access to an email address; it does not independently verify property ownership or control of an external social account. Review prefilled details and any AI-assisted questions or summaries for accuracy. Tell us if a request is wrongly attributed, unwanted or no longer available.

AI-assisted questions and comparisons can be incomplete or wrong and are not professional, technical, safety or legal advice. Review the full requirements and proposals before relying on a summary. Do not rely on AI to assess whether a job is safe or a provider is qualified.

Outside-source material is a lead to a possible need, not a representation that its author is a BidGreat customer. Public availability elsewhere is not blanket permission to reuse private or copyrighted material. Users submitting such material must have the necessary rights and must respect the original platform's rules and the author's privacy. A source capture or operator-created draft is not permission to contact a person through every available channel.

If you claim a request, verify that it accurately reflects the work you are authorized to arrange, remove personal details not intended for publication, and confirm that you want it published. A private draft may expire or require further information. Do not treat estimates received before the final requirements are confirmed as firm commitments for a different scope.

4. Quotes, visits and selection

Providers must identify whether a response is a fixed price, a price range, an hourly rate, a request for information, or a site visit. Hourly rates are not fixed job totals. Estimates can depend on measurements, access, conditions and other missing facts. Compare the stated scope and exclusions, not only the displayed price.

The customer chooses the provider; a lowest-price label does not award the job. Only quotes eligible for the same-scope comparison appear in that benchmark. Arranging a visit or asking a question is not acceptance of a project bid. Any visit fee should be disclosed and agreed before the appointment.

Confirm a bid only if you intend to hire that provider on the stated terms. The confirmation records your selection and enables the indicated contact sharing. Before work begins, both parties should confirm scope, price, timing, materials, permits, payment and cancellation arrangements in writing, including any contract required for that service. Do not assume that cancelling a listing automatically cancels a separate service agreement or eliminates obligations already incurred. No term here limits mandatory cancellation or refund rights.

Check whether a quote includes supplies, labor, disposal, travel, tax and required permits, and whether estimated hours or other assumptions affect the total. An hourly price is a single rate; estimated hours may vary. A price range is an estimate of a flat job total, not a promise that the lowest end will apply. Clarify ambiguous details with the provider before accepting.

Prices, proposals and availability can change or expire before selection. Our confirmation screen identifies the bid revision being selected. If the relevant bid or requirements change, review the new version rather than relying on an older email or screenshot. A technical error is not authorization to demand a price the provider never validly offered; notify support and resolve the actual terms before work.

A recorded acceptance is evidence of your expressed intent to hire, not a ruling by BidGreat about contract formation or enforceability. The communications, agreed terms and applicable law determine the customer-provider contract. Each party is responsible for any signatures, notices, disclosures, cancellation periods or other formalities the law requires. Preserve your own copy of the service agreement and relevant records.

5. Changes to work, cancellation and disputes between users

Discuss a change in measurements, access, condition, materials or requested work before performing or charging for additional work. Record the revised scope, price or calculation, timing and exclusions in writing and obtain the other party's agreement. A provider should not use a low initial bid to force an undisclosed increase after arriving. A customer should not require extra work without agreeing to its price.

Tell the other party promptly if you need to cancel, reschedule or cannot provide safe access. A visit does not automatically authorize project work. A no-show, cancellation or account closure does not by itself decide whether a deposit must be returned or a fee is owed. Those issues depend on the service agreement and mandatory law. No BidGreat label authorizes a cancellation charge that was never properly disclosed and agreed.

Raise defective, incomplete or disputed work directly with the provider and keep photographs, the agreed scope and communications where appropriate. Do not threaten, retaliate, withhold property, publish private information or use reviews to demand an improper benefit. You may make an honest complaint, seek a lawful refund or remedy, contact regulators or law enforcement, or bring a claim. BidGreat may consider reports for platform safety but does not adjudicate the service contract.

6. Charges and payments

BidGreat does not currently collect platform fees, hold service payments or provide escrow. There are no per-lead fees. Customers arrange payment for work directly with their provider under their agreed terms. BidGreat does not guarantee payment, process service-payment refunds or provide chargeback protection.

Before introducing a BidGreat charge, we will explain the amount or calculation, who pays, what triggers it, and the applicable cancellation/refund rules, and obtain the required agreement. These terms alone do not authorize a charge, recurring subscription, or retroactive fee. A provider's service charge is separate from any BidGreat platform charge.

Do not send money merely because a request or message appears on BidGreat. Verify payment instructions independently when they change and consider the risks of advance payments and payment methods without recourse. BidGreat does not hold customer deposits in trust, act as a payment agent for either party, or determine the tax treatment of the work.

Providers are responsible for lawful invoices, taxes, required payment disclosures and any refund obligations under their agreements or law. Customers are responsible for the charges they lawfully agree to pay for services. A restriction on BidGreat's liability does not cancel either party's obligations to the other.

7. Credentials, reviews and safety

BidGreat does not vet customers or providers. We do not conduct criminal-record or background checks, or independently verify identity, professional licenses, insurance coverage, qualifications, training, competence or suitability to perform a job. This includes a provider's owners, employees, helpers and subcontractors, as well as people a customer allows onto the property. Information users submit about themselves is their responsibility. Content moderation, account-security checks and responding to reports do not constitute screening or a promise to discover or prevent misconduct.

An “Email verified” label means only that someone demonstrated access to that email address. A “Verified BidGreat job” review label describes the account/job relationship in our records, not a background check or an endorsement of either party. Ratings, reviews, completion statistics, rankings and illustrative examples are not certifications of safety, honesty or workmanship, and past experiences do not guarantee future results. Listing a business or displaying its bid does not mean BidGreat recommends it.

Using the marketplace and arranging work involves risks. Other users and people they bring to a job may misrepresent themselves, commit fraud or theft, harass or assault someone, engage in other criminal or unlawful conduct, damage property, or cause injury or death. Work may be unsafe, defective, incomplete, delayed or not performed at all. Customers may fail to pay, misstate conditions or expose providers to unsafe premises. No-shows, disputes and financial losses can occur before, during or after a site visit or job. These examples are not an exhaustive list, and recognizing these risks does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Customers are responsible for deciding whom to hire and allow onto their property. Before arranging a visit or work, independently check relevant identity and business details, references, licenses and insurance with appropriate sources; obtain a written scope, price/payment arrangement and cancellation terms; and consider precautions for access, keys, valuables, children and other vulnerable people. Providers must not misstate qualifications. Customers should disclose relevant known hazards and arrange authorized, safe access; providers should assess site conditions and use appropriate safe working practices. Neither party should proceed when they believe an arrangement is unsafe. In an emergency or immediate danger, contact emergency services first; BidGreat support is not an emergency-response service.

A review count, completion percentage or response label reflects the information available to the platform and its stated calculation, not an independent audit. A completed status may be based on participant reports and records rather than inspection. Consider how much information is available, read the underlying reviews and ask for clarification. Illustrative homepage prices and profiles are examples, not offers by real providers.

8. Content, photos and privacy

Only submit text, photos, logos or other materials that you have the right to provide. Do not upload someone else's private correspondence, identifying documents or photos without appropriate authority. Check job photos for faces, exact addresses, access codes and other sensitive details before making them public.

You retain ownership of your content. You give BidGreat a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, resize, format, and display it to operate the features you choose, consistent with the audience and purposes described in our Privacy Notice. We may use hosting and processing providers for those purposes. This is not a transfer of ownership or permission to publish private messages as advertising. Deletion is subject to the retention exceptions explained in that notice; retained private records are not a new license for unrelated public promotion. BidGreat's own branding, software and original materials remain ours or our licensors'.

Your permission allows us to distribute the content to the audience you select through the relevant feature and to necessary service providers working for us. Public listings and reviews may be viewed or copied by others. The permission ends for future ordinary display when you delete the content or close the account, except where keeping it is reasonably needed for legal compliance, dispute records, backups, integrity of shared conversations or other purposes stated in the Privacy Notice. This does not authorize selling your private communications or using your identity to imply an endorsement.

9. Platform rights and permitted use

BidGreat's branding, software, interface and original materials belong to BizClimb LLC or its licensors. Subject to this agreement, you may access and use the platform for its intended purposes, including requesting services and operating your service business. This limited permission does not transfer ownership or authorize reselling our software, impersonating BidGreat, or using another user's material without rights.

Do not remove ownership notices, bypass technical protections, or copy substantial portions of the platform for resale. Nothing in this agreement restricts conduct that applicable law expressly permits despite such a restriction. You may share public job, business and review links using the available tools without implying that BidGreat endorses you.

If you choose to send suggestions about the platform, we may use them to improve it without promising payment or credit. Do not send confidential third-party material as a suggestion. This permission does not transfer ownership of a review or convert private account content into marketing permission.

10. Copyright and other rights complaints

Submit copyright or other intellectual-property concerns to [email protected]. Identify the work or right involved, the specific content and URL you believe infringes it, your contact information, and whether you are the rights holder or authorized to act for that person. Include a good-faith explanation and relevant supporting information. Do not submit false claims or use the process solely to silence criticism.

We may request clarification, restrict access while reviewing a credible complaint, notify the person who submitted the content where appropriate, and give them a chance to provide information about permission, ownership or lawful use. Repeated or serious infringement can result in account restrictions. This ordinary support process is not a representation that BidGreat has registered a designated DMCA agent or qualifies for a particular statutory safe harbor.

If your content was removed in error, contact support with the affected URL and your reasons or documentation. Do not immediately repost disputed material to evade a restriction. This process does not prevent either party from exercising statutory notice procedures or other lawful remedies.

11. Electronic communications and keeping records

BidGreat operates online. When using its account and marketplace tools, you agree to receive routine service communications and copies of this platform agreement through the site or your account email, to the extent permitted by law. You need a device and browser that can access the site and an accessible email inbox. You can print or save the public policies and request available account or acceptance records from support.

Sign-in links and password-reset links are security credentials; do not forward them. Delivery of any message or reminder may be delayed, filtered or fail. Check your dashboard and communicate with the other party about important timing. A reminder is not a guarantee that the other party received it or will attend.

This agreement is not blanket consent to marketing, automated calls, text messages, call recording or unrelated sharing of contact details. Where additional consent or special disclosures are required, they must be provided separately. This general electronic-communications provision does not replace any special consent required for a legally mandated consumer disclosure.

Tell support if you cannot access notices or want to stop using electronic account features. You can sign out or request account closure and use available email opt-outs. Some essential security and transaction records may still need to be retained or communicated as law permits; opting out of promotions does not erase a service agreement.

12. Fair use of the marketplace

Do not impersonate another person, fabricate requests or bids, coordinate sham bidding, manipulate reviews, harass users, discriminate unlawfully, introduce malware, bypass access controls, or collect private information you are not permitted to see. Do not use customer details for unrelated marketing without the required permission. Report suspicious activity to [email protected]. Nothing in these rules prohibits an honest review or a report to a regulator or law enforcement.

Do not harvest private information, scrape or republish user data without authorization, evade rate limits or overload the service. These restrictions do not limit conduct protected by law, honest criticism, authorized integrations or permitted public search indexing.

Do not post threats, discriminatory abuse, sexually exploitative content, stolen credentials, malicious files, or material that reveals someone's private address, access instructions, financial information or identifying documents without authority. Do not submit misleading credentials, recruit users for scams, use automated tools to create sham activity, or obstruct another user's legitimate complaint.

Platform messages and shared questions must be relevant to the job or transaction. Use customer information only for the purpose for which it was shared and as law permits. Do not add marketplace contacts to promotional lists without the necessary permission, send review requests to people with whom you have no genuine service relationship, or ignore an opt-out.

13. Moderation and account closure

We may investigate, restrict content or suspend access for fraud, safety concerns, violations of these terms or legal requirements. We may preserve records needed to address a dispute or legal obligation. Contact support to ask about a moderation decision or request account closure. Closing an account does not by itself cancel a service agreement with another user. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain a restriction and consider a request for review.

You may stop using BidGreat. Account closure does not eliminate obligations under a separate service agreement. Applicable content permissions, privacy obligations and dispute provisions continue after closure only as needed for their purposes and as permitted by law.

Where appropriate, we may first ask for clarification, remove specific content, require account-security steps, or temporarily limit a feature. For urgent safety, security or legal reasons, action may be taken without advance notice. We will not intentionally restrict lawful criticism merely because it is unfavorable. An opportunity to appeal is not a promise that all content will be restored.

We may discontinue or change a feature for operational reasons, with notice where reasonably practicable and legally required. You do not acquire a right to perpetual access to a free feature. We remain responsible for mandatory rights and any express commitments we make about a paid service if one is introduced.

If you disagree with a new agreement, you may stop taking new marketplace actions and contact support about existing requests, necessary records or closure. Public policy access, sign-out, and privacy/support requests do not require accepting a new version. Declining terms is not an admission of fault and does not cancel an existing customer-provider agreement.

14. No service guarantee and third-party conduct

BidGreat does not guarantee anyone's work or conduct. We do not warrant the quality, safety, legality, timeliness or completion of services, that a provider is qualified or insured, that either party will honor an agreement, or that a customer will pay. We do not guarantee a hire, savings, earnings, a refund, replacement work or resolution of a dispute. BidGreat does not provide insurance or a workmanship, theft-protection or property-damage reimbursement program. Any warranty offered by a provider is that provider's responsibility, not a warranty from BidGreat.

Third-party conduct. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BidGreat disclaims liability for losses arising from the acts or omissions of customers, providers or their employees, helpers, subcontractors, guests or other third parties in connection with a request, proposal, visit, service agreement or work. This includes the theft, fraud, criminal acts, unsafe or defective work, property damage, personal injury, death, nonpayment and other risks described in the Credentials, reviews and safety section. Use of BidGreat to find or communicate with someone does not make BidGreat responsible for that person's conduct.

15. Platform availability and warranty limitations

We aim to provide useful tools, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access, perfect matching, reliable delivery of every communication, or complete and accurate user content. The platform may be unavailable for maintenance, network problems, security events or events outside our reasonable control. Back up records you need for your business or service agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the platform and its information are provided as available, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that a feature will meet every requirement or that user-provided information is accurate. Express commitments we actually make and rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded are not removed by this section.

An external link, location suggestion or third-party service has its own operator and terms. It is not an endorsement or a promise of availability or security by BidGreat. We remain responsible for duties the law imposes on us regarding services we use to operate our own platform.

16. Limits on damages and BidGreat's liability

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION. It limits certain financial claims against BizClimb LLC arising out of this marketplace agreement or your use of BidGreat, but only where the limitations are lawful. The exceptions in the next section apply to every disclaimer, exclusion and cap in this agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BizClimb LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising from the platform or this agreement, including lost business opportunities, lost profits or loss of goodwill to the extent they fall within those categories, even if such losses were foreseeable or someone told us they might occur.

Subject to the exceptions below, BizClimb LLC's total aggregate liability to you for claims arising from the platform or this agreement is limited to the greater of US $100 or the total BidGreat platform fees you paid to BizClimb LLC during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Amounts paid to a service provider for work are not BidGreat platform fees. The cap applies in total, not separately to each message, claim or legal theory.

These limits apply only to claims against BidGreat and do not set a provider's liability to a customer, release a wrongdoer, decide whether work was satisfactory, or eliminate a refund, payment or other obligation under a separate service agreement. They reflect the limited platform role and the pricing of the platform, not a guarantee that every limitation will be enforceable in every circumstance.

17. Exceptions and rights that remain protected

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for BidGreat's own fraud or willful misconduct, gross negligence or other conduct greater than ordinary negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability, statutory remedy or duty that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. These exceptions apply to the monetary cap, damages exclusions, warranty disclaimers, third-party disclaimers and any other limitation in this agreement.

If your jurisdiction does not permit a particular exclusion or cap, that provision does not apply to you to that extent; the rest applies only as law permits. Minnesota law imposes limits on certain consumer-service liability waivers, and other mandatory laws may also apply. A provision here is not a representation that a court will enforce it.

You may report crimes, safety issues or legal violations to authorities, cooperate with investigations, seek emergency relief, make honest reviews and complaints, and pursue remedies that remain available under law. No confidentiality, license, indemnity or dispute provision in these policies is intended to penalize those protected activities.

18. Disputes with BidGreat and governing law

If you have a concern about BidGreat, you may email [email protected] with the relevant account or request, what happened, and the resolution you seek. We will consider the information and may ask for clarification. Informal contact is encouraged, but it is not a required waiting period before filing a claim, contacting authorities, or seeking urgent relief, and it does not extend or shorten a legal deadline by itself.

Minnesota law and applicable federal law govern this marketplace agreement, without using conflict-of-law rules to deprive a consumer of mandatory protections that otherwise apply. If the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived by choosing Minnesota law, you retain those rights.

Claims may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction. The parties consent to nonexclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Minnesota for claims concerning this agreement, subject to mandatory law. This does not require a consumer to give up a legally available home-state forum or a qualifying small-claims court.

These terms do not impose binding arbitration, a class-action waiver, a jury-trial waiver, or a shortened contractual period for bringing a claim. A customer-provider dispute remains governed by their service agreement and applicable law; neither party can impose obligations on BidGreat through that separate agreement.

19. Changes

We identify each published policy version and keep prior versions available through Policy history. Material changes require a new affirmative acceptance before new marketplace actions covered by that version. We do not mark existing users as having accepted merely because we changed a page. Before accepting, users can read the updated documents and the highlighted changes.

A new version applies prospectively to the activity it covers after your acceptance; it does not retroactively rewrite accrued claims, completed transactions or separately agreed service obligations. We will not silently add charges to past activity. Additional consent or advance notice will be obtained when required by applicable law.

We retain the version, a copy and integrity hash of the policy documents, the acceptance notice, the authenticated account, the server-recorded time and the acceptance method to document what was agreed. We do not treat an email-link request, an automatic redirect or an imported customer record alone as assent. Contact support to request a copy of your acceptance record.

20. General provisions

This agreement and its applicable Provider Terms and Review Rules govern use of BidGreat. A provider-specific term controls its specific subject, but cannot override the mandatory-rights exceptions in these Terms. The Privacy Notice describes processing practices and is not a waiver of privacy rights. A separate, expressly agreed written arrangement with BizClimb LLC controls a genuine conflict about its own subject.

If a provision is unenforceable, it is severed only to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue where lawful. A failure or delay in enforcing a term on one occasion is not a permanent waiver. Neither party loses a right simply because it first seeks an informal solution.

You may not transfer your account or this agreement without our consent except where law requires otherwise. BizClimb LLC may transfer the platform agreement as part of a merger, reorganization or sale of the relevant business, provided the successor assumes its obligations and applicable notice and privacy requirements are followed. A transfer does not authorize new uses of personal information contrary to law or existing commitments.

Neither party is responsible for a delay caused solely by events beyond its reasonable control to the extent applicable law permits, but this does not excuse reasonable mitigation, legal duties, or amounts already lawfully owed. This provision does not automatically decide a customer's or provider's cancellation rights.

Provisions concerning properly retained records, necessary content permissions, accrued obligations, lawful liability limits and disputes survive account closure only for their intended purposes. This agreement does not give an unrelated third party a right to enforce it, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

21. Contact and notices

BidGreat is operated by BizClimb LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company. Send platform, policy, safety, privacy and account questions to [email protected]. Include enough information to locate the issue, but do not send passwords, verification links, payment-card numbers or unnecessary sensitive documents.

For ordinary correspondence or to request a business mailing contact, use that support address. It is not a designated agent for service of process or a representation that email alone satisfies a legally required method of formal notice. This contact section does not displace any lawful method of giving notice or serving legal process.
