1. Your business and your work
These terms apply when you offer services and supplement the Terms of Service. You must have authority to represent your business and keep your contact information, service descriptions and claimed qualifications accurate. You are responsible for required licenses, permits, taxes, insurance and the people you assign to work, as applicable. Calling a provider independent in these terms does not override applicable worker-classification law.
You are responsible for selecting, directing and supervising your employees, helpers and subcontractors, lawful and safe working practices, required protective measures, and the work you agree to deliver. Follow applicable trade, safety and consumer-protection requirements; obtain the customer's permission before bringing additional people or changing access arrangements. BidGreat does not screen your personnel, provide your business insurance or assume your service obligations. Do not claim to be “vetted,” “background checked,” insured or guaranteed by BidGreat, or use a limited account/review label to suggest that protection. These responsibilities do not displace duties imposed on any party by law.
Maintain any legally required business registration, trade license, bonding, liability coverage and workers' compensation coverage for your actual work and personnel. A profile field or BidGreat's failure to ask for proof does not waive those requirements. Do not advertise a license or insurance as current if it has expired, is suspended, excludes the work, or belongs to an unrelated business. Customers may request verification directly from appropriate sources.
2. Accurate proposals and pricing
Offer work you can competently perform and give realistic availability. State whether a price is fixed, hourly or an estimate; disclose materials, taxes, travel/visit fees and material exclusions before the customer agrees. A competitive exact quote must cover the required common scope. Material exclusions or uncertain scope may make a quote ineligible for the lowest-price comparison. Do not offer a misleading low price to obtain contact details and then substitute unrelated charges.
Explain the basis of an estimate and any important assumptions before acceptance. If a site visit or missing information is necessary to price responsibly, use that response type rather than a fictitious exact price. Do not arrange collusive bids, quote with no genuine intention or ability to perform, or manipulate displayed competition. Clarify whether a visit fee is credited against later work.
3. Competition, privacy and contact sharing
Other providers may see bid amounts and job-specific anonymous labels, but not the platform's mapping from competing bids to identities or the competing proposals and private conversations. Customers reviewing your proposal and authorized BidGreat operators may see your business details and proposal. Public business/review information can be visible separately; do not treat a public business name as secret. Price history is retained. The same-scope competitive revision flow only accepts lower prices; a material scope change or supported post-visit quote uses the applicable revision process.
Do not try to expose a competitor's identity, bid on your own request, submit fake competing offers, or evade an account restriction. Use customer details for the requested work and related agreed communications, not resale or unrelated solicitation. Respect the contact-release steps. A visit releases contact details for that appointment and is not a project award. An unclaimed request may never become a job, and submitting a bid is not a guarantee of buyer participation.
4. Commitments, payments and cancellations
Honor the scope and commitments you agree with the customer. Discuss and obtain agreement to genuine scope changes before doing or charging for additional work. Resolve service-payment or cancellation issues under your customer agreement and applicable law. BidGreat's own charges, if introduced, require the separate disclosure described in the Terms; these terms create no automatic fee, subscription or off-platform penalty.
BidGreat does not currently collect platform fees or hold service payments. There are no per-lead fees. Payment for your work is separate, and BidGreat does not guarantee customer payment or collect it for you. Notify the customer promptly if you cannot attend or complete work. Promptly report damage, unsafe conditions and material incidents when safe; contact emergency services first in an emergency.
Use a service agreement appropriate for your trade and the customer's jurisdiction. Provide legally required disclosures and cancellation notices and obtain permits before work when required. Keep records of consent to scope or price changes. Your customer's click on a BidGreat button is not a substitute for a construction contract, statutory notice, lien notice or signature that the law separately requires.
5. Reviews and invitations
Follow the Review Rules. Ask real customers for honest feedback, not only favorable reviews. Do not fabricate a customer, threaten a reviewer or condition a benefit on a positive rating or removal of criticism. Send invitations only to people you are authorized to contact about a genuine service experience, comply with applicable communication rules and honor opt-outs.
Business replies written on BidGreat appear on BidGreat, not automatically on Google or another site. Do not publish private customer details. Google and other-site imports are not currently connected; do not represent external reviews as verified BidGreat jobs.
6. Site access, safety and personnel
Assess the conditions before work, follow applicable safety standards, and stop or refuse work you cannot lawfully or safely perform. Discuss known hazards and needed access with the customer. Do not assume a customer-provided photo or AI-generated summary identifies every electrical, structural, chemical, environmental or other hazard.
Protect keys, entry codes, customer property and personal information. Use access only for the authorized purpose and time. Obtain permission for additional personnel and keep the customer informed of material staffing changes. Do not bring unauthorized visitors or photograph private areas for unrelated promotion without permission.
Promptly inform the customer of damage, an accident or a material safety issue when it is safe to do so, and report platform-related concerns to support. Contact emergency services first when needed. Cooperate with lawful requests from authorities and insurers. Do not destroy relevant records, conceal an incident or pressure a customer not to report it.
7. Customer information and business communications
Use contact details and private job information only for the requested service, necessary follow-up or another purpose for which you have lawful authority. Do not sell marketplace leads, expose access codes or private addresses, or use screenshots of private conversations as advertising without appropriate permission.
Maintain reasonable safeguards for information you take out of BidGreat into your own systems. You are responsible for your own records, privacy notices, retention and legal obligations as applicable. Delete information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legitimate legal or recordkeeping requirements.
Invitation tools do not supply consent on your behalf. Confirm that a past-customer review request is appropriate, accurate and permitted, honor opt-outs, and do not send repeated or misleading messages. Acceptance of these Provider Terms is not consent by a customer to receive marketing from you.
8. Responsibility for third-party claims caused by your business
To the extent permitted by applicable law, when using BidGreat as a commercial provider, you agree to indemnify BizClimb LLC and its officers and employees for reasonable, documented third-party claims, damages, judgments and defense costs, including reasonable attorney fees, to the extent caused by your or your personnel's negligent or willful misconduct in offering or performing services, your material violation of applicable law or these Provider Terms, or your submission of content that infringes a third party's intellectual-property or privacy rights.
This obligation is limited to the portion attributable to your conduct or the conduct of people for whom you are legally responsible. It does not require you to indemnify anyone for their own negligence, fraud, willful misconduct, breach of law, or other responsibility that cannot lawfully be shifted. It does not apply merely because you make an honest review, raise a good-faith complaint, report wrongdoing or exercise a protected legal right. Mandatory consumer, construction and other anti-indemnity laws control where applicable.
BidGreat must give reasonably prompt notice of a claim for which it seeks indemnification, provide reasonable cooperation at the indemnifying provider's expense, and take reasonable steps to limit unnecessary costs. A delay in notice reduces an obligation only to the extent the delay materially prejudices the defense. Any defense arrangements must use reasonably acceptable counsel. No settlement may impose an admission, ongoing duty or nonmonetary restriction on a protected party without that party's written consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld.
This section concerns third-party claims arising from your commercial provider activity. It is not a general obligation for consumers to fund BidGreat's disputes with them, and does not make BidGreat a party to your customer service agreement or provide you with insurance.
9. No promise of work or safe customers
An invitation, listing or submitted bid is not a promise of a customer, hire, earnings or payment. BidGreat does not screen customers or guarantee their authority, conduct, payment or the safety of their premises. Assess the job and access arrangements before proceeding. The no-guarantee provisions, lawful liability limits and mandatory-rights exceptions in the Terms of Service also apply to providers.
