Other details

Looking for a licensed and insured plumber to do the rough-in. This will include cutting into the concrete slab to run drains for new sink, walk-in shower and toilet. Existing sewer stack, additional drain and vent from a since-removed utility tub, and supply lines are already in this area. My rough layout has been determined, just need someone to help make it happen now. This space will include:

• Toilet

• Walk-in Shower

• Stacking Washer/Dryer

• Vanity with Single Sink

I foresee laundry, vanity and shower all tying into the same drain. Could tap into the existing drain/vent that is here—though I still need that moved slightly. Toilet is positioned closer to the existing sewer pipe, so hoping it's just a short run to connect it to that. There is an existing floor drain. Would like that closed off and covered, too. Have included a bunch of photos to help visualize the space. (I labeled everything, but this site wouldn't allow me to upload photos with labels. So if you're confused by the space, let me know. I will send you labeled images when we connect.)

Please share your years of experience doing this and any support images of similar past projects, if possible. Looking to complete project sooner than later so I can start framing. Thank you.
