It would be putting up a vapor barrier on the part of the house where the old deck was anchored, and putting up a simple deck over the step. I'd prefer to not have the deck the same height as the door. Give it just a bit of a step. The green line is approximately 88.8". Thinking of doing that length or going to the window. The deck would go out just past the cement step. Would like a step the length of the deck and a hand
