- We haven’t purchased a set yet because the last set we got a year ago couldn’t fit down the stairs and was returned. When researching, even the smallest standard size (not the tiny 1/2 load ones) washer and dryer wouldn’t fit down the stairs. We were recommended to try this route and after something dying in our dryer this week, we are now stuck figuring out a solution. Definitely can show you the basement setup and the old set and we could work together to choose the new set. My only worry is paying for two service call fees because you’d have to come back out once we determine the set (with you) to get delivered.

Other details
No, I’m not joking, yes we’ve tried anything else. We would purchase the new top load washer and gas dryer combo after discussion with you. Bonus if you can disassemble and haul away our old set.
